Liu Xingtai, a seasoned political figure, has touched people's hearts with his firm stance and poignant words: "Being an official should not be too comfortable; if the officials are too comfortable, the common people are bound to be unhappy." Born in January 1963, Liu Xingtai has been active in politics since graduating from the Shandong Provincial Party School. On the political stage of Shandong Province, he served as the Deputy Minister of the Shandong Provincial Committee Organization Department, Director of the Shandong Provincial Institutional Organization Committee Office, and established a solid foundation through these positions.

In 2015, he was entrusted with a significant role, becoming the Mayor of Rizhao City, Shandong Province, and was promoted to Secretary of the Rizhao Municipal Committee in 2016. During his three years, one of his most notable efforts was the harsh crackdown on corruption within the Rizhao Port Group. He stated unequivocally that corruption is a fatal obstacle to healthy economic development and that a clean political environment is an indispensable safeguard for economic growth.

His career spanned provinces starting from 2018, when Liu Xingtai was appointed as the Vice Governor of Hainan Province and soon after became a member and standing committee member of the Hainan Provincial Committee. While he coordinated political and legal work, in August, he was decided to be relieved of his duties as the Vice Governor of the People's Government of Hainan Province. That same month, he took on the role of Standing Committee member and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Hainan Provincial Committee.

Later, in January 2022, Liu Xingtai was once again elected by the people to serve as the Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress. However, on May 6 of this year, he was revealed to be facing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission during the expanded meeting of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress.
